LERA LITVINOVA GALLERY presents «LUMEN» - the bright and inspiring art project.

On December 8 at 18.30 will be held the Grand opening of a new large-scale project: the exhibition of contemporary art “Lumen”, organized by Lera Litvinova Gallery. Leading Ukrainian artists will participate in this cultural project. The Grand opening is dedicated to the birthday celebration of Lera Litvinova – the founder and author of art-space creating.

Leonora Yanko, curator of the project, art manager and Director of the Lera Litvinova Gallery: «The society is going through the crisis of truth.On the way to the conscious liberation one meets a lot of obstacles. The modern person is forced to adapt to the requirements, expectations and stereotypes of the external environment. The art project Lumen - is an attempt to shed light on the artist's true feelings and desires, spiritual qualities, which have remained in the shadows, out of fear of being rejected. "

Mostly, participants of the curatorial project are young artists, but many of these names are already known by the audience and collectors, among them: Valeriy Franchuk, Johnny Crack, Nikita Zigura, Yegor Zigura, Lera Litvinova, Olga Glumcher, Kata Rudakova, Sergey Piskunov, Reana Malevich, Valeria Tarasenko, art group Light, Alina Gaeva, Sasha Q, Anna Vasilyeva, Semen Shcherbyna, Olena Pronkina, Natalia Korf-Ivanyuk, Les Panchishyn.

Each artist which is represented in this exhibition, sets a purpose - to awake a critical sense and expand the horizons of the viewer's mind, to find hope and inner strength. Lumen - is a light, which makes the curvature of our history more smooth, fexes life disorders and bad decisions.

Paintings, sculptures, interactive installations of the project contain a hidden meaning, and everyone can find in them something personal. But the main thing – to trust the author, to listen to his ideas and see the light that can guide and give pure clarity.

The project “Lumen” - is not just a pleasure from oserving the beautiful art-works, but also an opportunity to look into the source of spiritual doubts, to meet your shadow and find a common language with it. Works by contemporary authors set up a stream of consciousness to find the new beginning.
